Who are we?
ROI Strength was created out of Steph and Jordan’s combined experiences and backgrounds which include working in sports performance facilities, big-box commercial gyms, traditional outpatient and out-of-network cash-based physical therapy clinics, and collegiate strength & conditioning and sports medicine programs.
We have taken the good, the bad, and the ugly from all of those settings and experiences to curate a unique environment for busy professionals to get after it in the gym. More than that, we have developed a strong desire to create a space for our staff to have a career, not just a job, in the fitness industry that they enjoy coming to each day.
Who are we looking for?
Whether you are currently a personal trainer at another gym that is wanting a different environment to train your clients with some additional support in growing your client roster, or you are just getting started in the fitness industry after finishing up with school or a desired career change - let’s have a conversation.
We want to invest in people that share our same values of making our gym the “third home” for everyone that walks through our doors and adopting our stronger than yesterday mindset with confident humility.

Pay starting at $42 / hour
Paid business development / mentorship hours
