At ROI Strength, we don’t run a traditional class schedule—and that’s intentional. Every session is by appointment, (Monday through Friday), ensuring you get individualized coaching in a calm, focused environment without the crowd.
Whether you’re training one-on-one or in a semi-private setting, the ROI Strength schedule is designed to work around your routine. Most clients reserve recurring times each week—early mornings before work, midday sessions for those with more flexible hours, and after-work slots for evening consistency. No waitlists, no guessing. Just a plan that fits.

All sessions are by appointment only, so your time is reserved and consistent.

We offer flexible scheduling from as early as 5 AM in the morning to as late as 8 PM in the evening, Monday to Friday, and will work with you to find times that fit your life, not the other way around.

And when life inevitably happens, we’ll adjust with you so you can stay consistent without feeling locked into a rigid schedule.

Simple, Transparent Pricing

No contracts. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime. You only pay for the sessions you use.

Most clients train 2–3x per week:

  • 2x/week: ~$410–$770/month
  • 3x/week: ~$615–$1,160/month

(Pricing varies based on session length and whether you choose individual or semi-private training.)

Per-session pricing:

✔ Individual: $58 (30-min) / $89 (60-min)

✔ Semi-private: $47 (30-min) / $74 (60-min)

Life happens. If you miss a session, you won’t be charged with 24 hours’ notice.
