Interested in Semi-Private Training?
Semi-Private Training pairs two members with one coach while maintaining individualized programming and coaching. Because you’re sharing your training hour, it offers a lower monthly investment than Private Training.
If you’re joining with a spouse, friend, or family member, Semi-Private Training can be an option from day one. Otherwise, most new members begin with Private Training so we can get to know them, understand their goals, and build a strong foundation. As we learn more about your schedule, personality, and training style, Semi-Private Training may become a great fit down the road.
